My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location is superb, close to everything, Jack London Square, BART, restaurants, and Chinatown, which was perfect for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided great service. However, the dining experience lacked variety. The proximity to the BART station was a plus, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
